The Cosy Chapter Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website www.thecosychapterstudio.co.uk.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We take every effort to accurately describe our products. As many of our items are handmade and personalised, slight variations in colour, design placement, packaging and appearance may occur. This is normal and is not covered under our returns policy. Products may look slightly different to the images on the website but we aim to be as accurate as possible.

Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.

Our Blind Date With A Book products are designed to provide a surprise reading experience.

While customers may select a preferred genre, the specific title included will remain a surprise.

We cannot guarantee that customers have not previously read or purchased a selected title.

Multiple orders through the website will be guaranteed not to receive the same book twice.

Personalised items are created using the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, spellings and personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering.

Orders cannot be amended once production has begun.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice, however once you have purchased and paid for your item, that is the final price.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers available on our website.

It takes approximately 48hrs from the moment of order for the item to leave the studio and being its journey to you. Only from the moment if dispatch will the delivery times come into effect. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may have the right to cancel non-personalised orders within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Personalised items are exempt from the standard cancellation period unless faulty.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, product descriptions and branding, remains the property of The Cosy Chapter Studio.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Any personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
